Women Lead in Time of Uncertainty

What characterizes women's leadership in a time marked by war, uncertainty, and growing threats to democracy? This open conversation brings together Ukrainian and Danish female leaders to discuss exactly that question - while Ukraine continues to fight for freedom and democracy under Russia's full-scale war, and Europe faces new challenges to democratic resilience and long-term security.

The event takes place in connection with a study visit to Denmark by Ukrainian female leaders participating in She Leads Ukraine - a multi-year programme implemented by UN Women Ukraine aimed at strengthening women's competencies and opportunities to participate in political life.

The event is organized in collaboration with UN Women Ukraine, Ukraine House in Denmark, and the Danish Institute for Parties and Democracy (DIPD).
