DYNAMO Kickstarter: When Friends Become Colleagues

When friends become colleagues - and colleagues become friends.

In cultural life, roles shift constantly. The friend you shared a rehearsal space with yesterday can be your boss tomorrow - or the person you'll negotiate a budget with next week. How do you protect both relationships and art when the boundary between friendship and work becomes blurred?

The conversation centres on trust, conflicts, finances, and difficult conversations. Guest speaker is Katrine Elise Leth Nielsen, spokesperson for Uafhængige scenekunstnere, director and actor.
