What makes a community thrive - and what causes it to lose momentum? This open conversation explores ownership, engagement, and the small choices that determine whether a community becomes a place people want to return to.

Dynamo invites people who organize and participate in creative communities to discuss belonging, motivation, and responsibility - and what drives some to take an active role while others step back.

About the venue: Dynamo - Workspace for circus and performing art

DYNAMO opened in January 2017 in a converted grain warehouse at Odense Harbour and serves as a stage and workspace for contemporary circus and physical performing arts. Its 1,300 m² accommodate 15-20 national and international circus companies in residency each year, alongside guest performances, work-in-progress showings and masterclasses. The venue was founded by circus artists Gry Lambertsen and Rune Vadstrøm Andersen and hosts the annual DYNAMO Circus Festival.
