Are you a farmer, gardener, seed collector, food professional, or climate advocate interested in plant proteins and sustainable food? This day brings together legume enthusiasts and people hungry for delicious, green solutions to a long-table lunch featuring local ingredients - legumes and pumpkins at the centre.

Among the speakers are Nina Ernst from Kildegaarden, who shares her experience with horse beans, and Kamilla Rønnestad, who discusses mental health and plant-based proteins. Hosts and cooks are Tina Scheftelowitz and Nina Ernst.
