Nordkystfortællerne: "True or False"

Sometimes reality is harder to believe than pure fiction - and conversely, made-up stories can sound surprisingly credible. This is the confusion that Nordkystfortællerne builds this event around.

The three storytellers Lisbeth Lund, Karl Erik Frederiksen and Simon Simonsen each perform two stories: one that is completely invented and one that is true. The audience must guess what is fiction and what is fact, and small prizes are awarded to those best at telling the two apart.

Nordkystfortællerne began performing together in 2002 and founded the association and storytelling group three years later. Today the group is one of Scandinavia's ten oldest associations for practitioners of the oral storytelling tradition and has participated in events throughout Denmark and several places in Sweden.

The library serves coffee/tea and light refreshments. The event takes place Thursday 8 October at 16:30-18:30 at Helsinge Library.
