Dance, Little Gull, Dance! (5+)

Dance, Little Gull, Dance! - children's festival: Tuesday 13 October 2026, 10:30–13:30, Solvang Bibliotek, Copenhagen. Admission is free.

Dance, Little Seagull, Dance! is a site-specific performance and sound walk on Amager Fælled for children from 5 years old. With the company Nubim, the performance explores the world of birds - the heron's mating dance, the swan's feather bed, and the raven's aerial acrobatics - blending poetry, humour and movement under the open sky. Duration: 50 minutes.

There are two performances: 10:30 and 13:30. Free with registration. Meeting point: DR Byens Metro station. Dress according to the weather.

The performance is part of the Teatermagi festival during the autumn break (week 42), which brings performing arts to cultural centres, libraries and theatres in Østerbro, Vesterbro, Amager, Nørrebro, Vanløse, Valby, Indre By, Brønshøj-Husum, Sydhavnen and Bispebjerg. The festival is supported by the Augustinus Foundation and Copenhagen's Performing Arts Committee.
