Nature, Colors and Expression - Open Doors: 14 October – 21 October 2026, Kulturstedet Lindegaarden, Kgs. Lyngby. Admission is free.

Five artists from the artist group "Open Doors" are exhibiting at Lindegaarden from September 26 to October 23, 2026. The exhibition is open every Wednesday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM starting September 30. Free admission.

Gitte Veje (Instagram) paints from drawing as a starting point, where figures, animals and plants emerge through layers of color, charcoal and traces of the process. She explores movement, relationships and subtle shifts - often with quiet humor - in series where motifs repeat and gradually change character.

Lone Rye Frederiksen (ryegalleri.dk) moves between vibrant abstraction and naturalism, driven by curiosity and a desire for new subjects. Her works arise in the tension between the recognizable and the free.

Tina Hee (tinahee.com) works intuitively with solid craftsmanship as her foundation. Colors and movements emerge in the interplay between technical control and what happens when she lets go. Her works often draw from nature's energy and the human - layer upon layer.

Steen Rasmussen (steenr.com) is a visual artist and photographer from Virum working with painting and photography. His subjects circle around nature, landscape, water and water reflections. Up close, the paintings appear almost abstract with vibrant color fields, while from a distance they reveal figurative motifs with a contemplative quality.

Randi Jeppesen (Instagram) is a self-taught visual artist working with the interplay of colors and the importance of composition - often using a palette knife, which brings dynamism and unpredictability. She has primarily worked abstractly but is now also exploring the figurative.
