Tyren Ferdinand

Being yourself can be difficult when group pressure and expectations bear down - even if you're a large, beautiful bull in Spain. There, it is expected that you end up in the bullfighting arena in Madrid, where bulls proudly enter to be defeated by men in funny hats who fight for power, honour and the favour of women. A bloody folk festival - but Ferdinand chooses differently. He steps out of the race and instead enjoys peace and the scent of flowers.

"TYREN Ferdinand" is performed by two actors with open puppetry in a playful, handheld style. The aesthetic and musical universe is sensory and stylized - created for eyes, ears and hearts of all ages.
