This evening is not about manifestation. It's about what comes before: awareness. What are you seeking? What do you talk about, listen to, read? What do you eat - and what thoughts, sentences and stories do you repeat to yourself?

We often know what we want to change. We may even know exactly what we should stop doing. Yet we do it again. Why is it so easy to sabotage ourselves? And why can it be so hard to break an old pattern, even when you're fully aware it doesn't lead where you want to go? Perhaps because much of everyday life happens on autopilot - old habits, old reactions, old patterns of action.

Through channeling, exercises and visualizations, we'll begin tonight to make some of these automatic patterns visible. Only when you discover what you do without thinking about it do you get the chance to consciously choose something else. You'll take home some simple tools that can help you create greater alignment between: what you want and what you actually do.

Maybe it's not just about finding the way to your goal - but first about discovering what makes you go in the opposite direction.
