Graphic Design for Beginners and Intermediate: The Puzzle-Cut Method
Brønshøj Kulturhus, Copenhagen · 325 kr. · ≈ 43 €
Graphic Design: Puzzle-Cut Method: Saturday 17 October 2026, 10:00–16:00, Brønshøj Kulturhus, Copenhagen. Tickets cost 325 kr.
In this course, you will work with linoleum and the puzzle-cut method, where a single linoleum block is cut into several "pieces" - a technique known from the graphic works of Edvard Munch. You will be introduced to the possibilities of the method and guided as you prepare your block for printing.
You will do the actual printing on Billedværkstedet's new letterpress. The ticket costs 325 kr. and includes two pieces of A5 linoleum, ten sheets of A4 printing paper, and ink for ten prints. Extra materials can be purchased on the day, and linoleum knives, pencils, erasers, and pencil sharpeners are available at the workshop.
Feel free to bring an A4 sketchbook and any sketches, photos, or other inspiration. Wear work clothes - an apron or smock and sturdy scissors. Lunch can be brought along or purchased at BRØK's café.
