On Wednesday, November 11, 2026, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, naturopath, homeopath, and natural medicine practitioner Carl Nielsen gives a lecture at Huset i Ro in Ikast. Carl has over 40 years of experience and has worked with everything from everyday health issues to elite athletes, including professional cyclists and football players.

The evening covers a range of health topics: what lies behind illness and imbalance, cardiovascular health and the role of diet, the gut's importance for the immune system, biological age, and lifestyle diseases such as atherosclerosis, colitis, and Crohn's disease. After the lecture, there will be an opportunity for questions and answers.

The lecture is organized by Andreas W. Nielsen, independent body therapist, coach, and trainer at Huset i Ro, who has collaborated with Carl since 2005.
