Abhay Rustum Sopori and Nihar Mehta perform classical Indian music at Koncertkirken. Sopori hails from Srinagar in Kashmir and represents the venerable Sufiana Gharana tradition. He comes from a family of santoor musicians with a musical heritage spanning over 300 years, trained by his father Bhajan Sopori, a santoor master and Padma Shri recipient, and his grandfather Shamboo Nath Sopori. He has also studied Western classical music at Washington University. His repertoire ranges from classical Indian music to Kashmiri Sufi and folk traditions, and he has collaborated with conductor Zubin Mehta, Wiener Sängerknaben, and musicians from Morocco, Iran, the USA, and France. The Indian Council for Cultural Relations has designated him an "Outstanding Artist".

Nihar Mehta is a tabla player from a family that has contributed to Indian philosophy, literature, and music across generations, including the Saptak Festival in Ahmedabad, India's longest-running classical music festival. Since 2002 he has been based in France, where he founded Association Saptak India. He has performed with prominent musicians including Shujaat Khan, Shahid Parvez, Kala Ramnath, Rakesh Chaurasia, and Jordi Savall, and was a close collaborator and tour organizer for tabla master Ustad Zakir Hussain for over 12 years.
