KoncertKirken on Blågårds Plads in Nørrebro is Denmark's first concert church, housed in the former Blågårds Kirke. Since opening in October 2009 it has staged over 2,700 events, and the building was purchased from Kirkefondet in 2015. The programme runs from baroque and chamber music to jazz, world music, electronic music and performance art - around 200-250 concerts a year. The venue has been run as a cooperative since 2015.
