Double duo concert: Yii | bäckström wärnheim

Yii is an experimental Copenhagen duo featuring alto saxophonist Luka Zabric (SI) and singer Laura Zöschg (IT). Their music moves through improvisations, songs, motifs and poems - with the acoustic properties of the instruments as a starting point and heading towards dreamlike, surrealist worlds.

bäckström wärnheim is the fruit of a long-standing friendship and musical collaboration. Their music unfolds with precision and presence in the spectrum between low and ultra-low dynamics, and in carefully constructed musical micro-verses they explore the instruments' extended sound palettes through breath, noise and consonance. The duo's debut album ett was released in 2025.

Doors open at 19:00, music starts at 19:30. Entry is paid at the door in cash or MobilePay - "pay what you can" (suggested 70-120 kr.). Bring warm clothes and a thermos or cup, as tea will be served.
