The Art of Living Fully

The Art of Living Fully - workshop: Saturday 21 November 2026, 16:00–20:30, Copenhagen. Tickets cost 400 kr.

This workshop explores the interplay between the masculine and the feminine - not as external categories, but as poles that exist within all of us. We examine how these two poles manifest in men and women respectively, and work on meeting each other in play and depth.

The workshop creates space to acknowledge our differences and what we complement each other with. Rather than asking "what do I want?", we turn the question around: "what can I give in this moment to nourish the other's heart?"

For women, it's about finding self-sustaining joy and discovering what brings genuine fulfillment. For men, it's about offering present attention and finding an inner strength to meet life with.
