Tenant Information Meeting at Sundmolen: Tuesday 27 October 2026, 15:00–16:00, noon ApS, Copenhagen. Admission is free.

This information meeting covers upcoming work at Sundmolen, marking the start of the area's final development phase. From mid-November 2026, external demolition of Warehouse 52 will begin, followed by road and construction work at the eastern end of Sundmolen. The entire project is expected to be completed by early 2031.

During this period, expect increased construction and truck traffic, noise from demolition and construction, temporary barriers, and changes to access and traffic patterns. Dust and vibrations may occur during certain work processes. Properties and businesses will remain accessible, though some access roads may be temporarily rerouted.

Representatives from Cobe and Sleth architects, as well as By & Havn, will attend to review the schedule and answer questions. Free coffee, tea, and cake will be served.
