Læselopper - an offer for 1-3 year-olds

Every Tuesday at 9:30-10:00, the children's librarian opens the doors for the youngest: Læselopper is free and aimed at children between 1 and 3 years old, who come with a childminder, parent or grandparent.

The session lasts about 30 minutes and is based on a language kit from the library. Together we sing, read stories and move our bodies - the children are involved throughout and can play with the props themselves. The content works with language, culture, aesthetics and community, as well as the six curriculum themes: all-round personal development, social development, communication and language, body/senses/movement, nature/outdoor life/science and culture/aesthetics/community. Afterwards there is time for free play, book borrowing and packed lunches at the library.

Læselopper rotates between Hedensted, Juelsminde and Tørring Libraries according to this schedule:
