Juelsminde Folkebibliotek is part of the public library system in Hedensted Municipality and has been housed in Juelsminde Rådhus on Tofteskovvej 4 since June 2024. The town hall now serves as a civic and democracy house, with the library as its cultural hub for the surrounding neighbourhood. Visitors can borrow books, audiobooks and games, use computers and meeting rooms, and attend events such as author evenings, lectures and children's activities. Outside staffed hours, self-service access is available every day from 06:00 to 22:00.
