Walk with Aage - Thursday: Thursday 21 September 2028, 10:00–11:00, Trekanten - Bibliotek og Kulturhus, Aalborg. Admission is free.

Health facilitator Aage invites you to join weekly walking tours in Aalborg East. He walks daily himself because movement is good for him - and because it's better to walk with others than alone.

The walks take place every Monday and Thursday from 10:00 to 11:00. Meet in front of Trekanten at Astrupstien/Kulturtorvet, and afterwards there is free tea and coffee at Trekanten Kulturhus.

Pace and route length are adjusted to suit those who show up, so everyone is welcome regardless of fitness level.

About the venue: Trekanten - Bibliotek og Kulturhus

Trekanten is a local community hub in Aalborg Øst that has brought together a library, cultural centre and café under one roof since it opened in May 1984. The cultural house hosts concerts, talks and communal dinners in partnership with local associations and community groups. Makerspace 9220 offers access to 3D printers, laser cutters and other creative workshop equipment.
