Dumpling Workshop

Hot Pot Republic hosts a hands-on workshop where you'll learn to make authentic homemade dumplings from scratch - both meat and vegan versions - under the guidance of a Chinese dumpling expert.

You'll prepare the filling using ingredients from a local supermarket, fold dumplings using traditional techniques, and cook them using both steaming and pan-frying methods. Everyone makes about 30 dumplings and can take them home afterwards.

Hot Pot Republic provides all raw ingredients. The workshop is conducted in English. No refunds are offered for cancellations.
