Newly Graduated and a Bit Lost - job search workshop: 9 November – 23 November 2026, Forbundet Arkitekter og Designere, Aarhus. Admission is free.

Job searching can feel chaotic and lonely, especially right after graduation. While you cannot control some factors - like supply and demand in the job market - you can actually influence much. Over two consecutive workshops, you'll get a practical guide to what it takes to land your first job.

The six topics covered are: direction (what job types and niches suit you?), skills and elevator pitch, CV/application/portfolio, networking and the "hidden" job market, job interviews, and job search strategy.

The workshops run twice in November: 9th and 23rd, both days from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. On the first day, all six topics are covered. Two weeks later, there is a follow-up on what has worked, and further work on topics that have been challenging. Participants work in groups and are encouraged to support each other during and after the course.

The facilitator is Johanne Louise Rosenquist, a trained coach and architect with 15 years of experience in job searching and deep industry insight. Registration covers both workshops. Light refreshments are provided, and lunch is available afterwards for those interested. Bring your laptop - you'll work on your own materials during the workshop. Free for FAOD members.
