Silent disco & sauna

Silent disco and sauna party: Saturday 14 November 2026, 18:00–21:00, Bevægelseshuset Siala, Hvalsø. Tickets cost 375 kr.

The evening lasts three hours and is divided into two parts: first 1.5 hours of Silent Disco, then one hour of sauna.

At Silent Disco you put on headphones and dance at your own pace - no steps to learn, no right way to move. The music guides you through different energies, and you simply follow your body. Between the two parts there is a short break with snacks and drinks.

The sauna section offers warmth, calm and community as a finale to the evening. No dance experience is required to participate, and you can easily come alone.

The event is created by Kate Aura, facilitator, instructor and breathwork specialist, who is also behind Tantra Akademiet, Copenhagen Tantra Festival and KÆRLIG Festival. Read more at www.kateaura.com.
