New Year's Ball with Robin at Haderslevhus

New Year's Ball with Robin: 31 December – 1 January 2026, Haderslevhus, Haderslev. Tickets cost 295–795 kr.

New Year's Ball at Haderslevhus featuring live music and dancing with Robin. Doors open at 17:30, and in the small hall a welcome drink and snacks await before the King's New Year's speech at 18:00.

Following that, a three-course menu is served: starter of lobster bisque with crayfish tails, green herb oil, toasted pumpkin seeds, fresh apple slices and crispy bread rolls. The main course is beef tenderloin with potato gratin topped with Emmental cheese, sautéed mushrooms, green asparagus, honey-glazed carrots and red wine sauce. Dessert is a warm chocolate fondant with a flowing centre, vanilla fraîche, berry coulis and fresh blueberries.
