Spring Flowers with Johnny Haugaard: Monday 5 April 2027, 19:00–21:00, Kulturhuset Bispen, Haderslev. Tickets cost 150 kr.

Floral artist Johnny Haugaard is known for finding beauty in what others overlook - a branch, a tree stump, withered leaves. Many recognize him from "Good Morning Denmark", and he has created nature exhibitions and art installations across the country, including at Schackenborg Castle in 2021 and "The Rose" at Harridslevgaard Castle near Bogense in summer 2026. In Haderslev, he is also behind the floral installation "On the Way" in the Riding House, part of the celebration of the 500th anniversary of the Reformation in Denmark in autumn 2026.

On the evening, Johnny takes the audience into his world as he creates decorations live, talks about the techniques behind them, and shares thoughts on creativity and nature's possibilities. Spring flowers, branches, and greenery are at the heart of it all.

The finished decorations are raffled off to the audience - raffle tickets cost 10 kr. each. The ticket includes coffee or tea and cake.

The event takes place in the Moon room and is a collaboration between Kulturhuset Bispen and the Haderslev Garden Society.
