Horror Night: Banko, Quiz and (Un)coziness

Horror Night - Banko and Quiz: Wednesday 28 October 2026, 18:30–20:30, Hovedbiblioteket i Aalborg, Aalborg. Admission is free.

The evening begins with horror-themed banko, where the cards are filled with words instead of numbers. A selected horror short story is read aloud, and the challenge is to keep up - there are prizes for one line, two lines, and a full card, and perhaps a small prize for your neighbour too. Banko is played individually, so everyone competes to win.

After a short break comes the evening's main horror quiz with questions about books, films, sound, and iconic characters from the horror genre. The quiz is played in teams of 2-4 participants, and the team that performs best wins the prize, honour, and the title of Masters of Darkness 2026.

The event is free, but registration is required. Venue: Glashjørnet.
