Guran, Nyberg and Lagnefors - Tribute to Björn Afzelius at 80

Guran, Nyberg and Lagnefors - Björn Afzelius tribute: Wednesday 27 January 2027, 20:00–22:15, Elværket, Holbæk. Tickets cost 375–670 kr.

Göran "Guran" Blomgren, Olle Nyberg, and Jimmy Lagnefors celebrate Björn Afzelius, the Swedish musician and composer who would have turned 80 in 2027. It has been 28 years since Afzelius passed away, yet his songs - Tusen Bitar, Juanita, Sång till Friheten, Don Quixote, and Danska Nätter - continue to resonate across Scandinavia. Nyberg performed with Afzelius for 15 years as conductor and keyboardist in Globetrotters; Guran served for many years as tour manager and sound engineer for his concerts. Since 2020, the two have toured Denmark with Afzelius' music to sold-out venues. Now Swedish musician and composer Jimmy Lagnefors has joined them, and following a sold-out Danish tour in 2026, the trio is ready to mark the birthday.

The concert takes place at Musikhuset Elværket and is a seated event without assigned seating.
