Christmas in the Greenhouses - guided tour: 17 November – 16 December 2026, Væksthusene i Botanisk Have, Aarhus. Tickets cost 95 kr.

Christmas is approaching, and inside the Greenhouses it remains tropical, green and warm. Here you can see Christmas plants from distant parts of the world and learn how Danish Christmas traditions are actually not as Danish as you might think.

One of the house's guides will lead you through the Greenhouses, telling stories about the plants behind Christmas traditions, while you sample festive treats from around the world.

The tour takes place after closing time, so the houses are peaceful and quiet. Duration: 1 hour. Doors open 15 minutes before each tour.
