Walking tour with health facilitator Aage in Aalborg East

Aage has been taking a daily walk for a long time because movement is good for him and because it is easier to stay motivated when you get out every day. As a health facilitator, he now invites others to join, both because more people can benefit from moving, and because it is easier to walk when you are not alone.

The walks take place every Monday and Thursday from 10:00 to 11:00. Meet in front of Trekanten at Astrupstien/Kulturtorvet, and the walk ends with free tea and coffee at Trekanten Kulturhus.

The offer is open to everyone who wants to go for a walk with others. Consideration is given to participants' pace and how long the walk should be.
