Power outages and cyber or hybrid attacks on critical infrastructure may sound alarming, but they are a real risk. If a major crisis strikes society, emergency services will need to prioritize their resources.

That's why it's important that those of us who can are able to manage at home and help each other while emergency services handle the most critical tasks.
