Danish tax money flows every year into millions in development aid, but where does it end up? Olga Deutsch, Vice President of NGO Monitor, presents the organization's latest investigation into Hamas's systematic exploitation of the international humanitarian aid system. She reviews declassified documents showing how the terrorist movement has infiltrated, monitored, and manipulated humanitarian organizations in Gaza. Deutsch also examines the Danish government's funding of NGOs active in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict: which organizations receive Danish support, what they stand for, and how transparent the government is about the use of public funds.

Olga Deutsch, who will soon take office as NGO Monitor's President and CEO, participates alongside researcher Anaëlle Meyer. Deutsch has many years of experience with European-Israeli relations and international politics, including senior positions in the private sector in Europe and Israel. She helped found Europe Forum, a platform for civil society organizations in Israel and Europe, and held a leading role in the World Zionist Organization. She studied at the universities of Belgrade and Munich in banking, insurance, and finance, and subsequently studied at the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University in New York. She regularly writes for Israeli and international media and frequently comments on humanitarian aid, NGO financing, international development, antisemitism after October 7, the BDS movement, and delegitimization of Israel.

Anaëlle Meyer is a researcher at NGO Monitor focusing on NGO activities, financing, and international law, particularly in the Nordic region. She previously worked at Israel's permanent mission to the UN in New York on multilateral diplomacy and international advocacy. Meyer holds an LL.M. in international law from Leiden University and a bachelor's degree in law.
