Walk with Aage - Thursday

Walk with Aage - free morning walk: Thursday 28 September 2028, 10:00–11:00, Trekanten - Bibliotek og Kulturhus, Aalborg. Admission is free.

A guided walk with health facilitator Aage in Aalborg East.

Aage takes a walk every day. It keeps him active and in good spirits, and as a health facilitator he invites others to join - both to get out and move, and because walking in company is better than walking alone.

Walks take place every Monday and Thursday from 10:00 to 11:00. Meet in front of Trekanten at Astrupstien/Kulturtorvet. During the walk, the pace and distance are adjusted to suit all participants. Afterwards, there is free tea and coffee at Trekanten Kulturhus.

The offer is open to everyone who wants to take a walk in good company.
