A course in using singing bowls for wellness and sound in water. You will be introduced to techniques where sound frequencies and the vibrations of singing bowls create calm and balance in body and mind - and learn how sound in water works, and what it takes to experience the peace and wellness effects that the sounds provide, especially when participants and singing bowls float together in the water.

Module 1: Instruction in singing bowls for sound baths. Friday, November 20, 7:15 PM - 10:00 PM. Price 750 kr. / 890 kr.

Module 2: Instruction in sound in water. Saturday, November 21, 9:15 AM - 12:00 PM. Price 650 kr. / 790 kr.

Instructor is Anne Viese, mobile 60 661 631, AnneViese@icloud.com. No prior experience required - only the desire and interest to sense what sound and singing bowls can achieve when sound is set in vibration.
