JAZZmin - Big Band and Children's Choir: Monday 9 November 2026, 17:00, Koncertsalen Alsion, Sønderborg. Admission is free.

JAZZmin is more than a concert - it is a musical story tailored for both children and adults. The aim is to give children insight into the world of music and awaken their desire to listen and create music themselves.

About the venue: Koncertsalen Alsion

Koncertsalen Alsion in Sønderborg is the main concert hall for the whole of Southern Jutland, with seating for up to 988 guests. The programme ranges from classical music and opera to stand-up, comedy and lectures, with Sønderjyllands Symfoniorkester as a regular resident ensemble. The hall is constructed as two concrete shells, one inside the other, keeping outside noise at bay and giving it acoustics that performers consistently praise. The 20-metre-wide stage can be adjusted hydraulically to depths of 6, 9 or 12 metres.
