Bente Boisen, Niels Drescher and Rasmus Kragh from Alene i Vildmarken share their own experiences and explore the connection between the wilderness and preparedness - and how to be better equipped if a crisis strikes tomorrow.

Moderator Simone Gustafson guides the conversation through four dimensions of personal preparedness: the physical, the mental, the practical, and community. What do you do when resources are scarce? How do you keep perspective when something unexpected happens? There is also room for the question of which practical skills are worth having, and how much difference it makes to be able to help and rely on each other.

With concrete experiences from Alene i Vildmarken, this becomes a grounded conversation about what the wilderness can teach us about being better prepared for a crisis.
