English Job Denmark and Djøf have organized a practical workshop on job interviews in the Danish job market. Many international candidates miss out on jobs not because of lack of skills, but because they don't know the Danish way of presenting their value - direct, concise, and with concrete examples.

Leslea Petersen leads the interactive session where participants practice structuring their answers and building confidence for their next interview. The workshop covers the unwritten rules of a Danish job interview, how to build answers around concrete examples, and how to turn nervousness into an authentic and confident narrative. There is also focus on handling difficult or unexpected questions, asking relevant questions to the interviewer, and following up correctly after the interview.

Leslea Petersen is a Career Consultant for Internationals and founder of English Job Denmark. She has over 20 years of experience in communication from both the business world and the non-profit sector, and works coaching professionals towards their dream job while strengthening their personal brand and credibility in the job market through strategic career guidance.
