Release the Future - the next major breakthrough is human.

We talk a lot about the future: artificial intelligence, new technologies, new ways of working, and how we as people and organizations should keep up. But perhaps the question is different: what view of humanity and what ideas about success do we bring with us into the future? If we try to create something new from the same old ideas about competition, more, faster, control and performance, we risk just accelerating what we already know - not creating something new.

We know that tomorrow's challenges won't be solved with yesterday's thinking. The hard part is discovering when we're still doing it. That's the conversation this salon invites: an exploration of the ideal traps and familiar ideas we unconsciously carry with us, and what becomes possible when we see them and can choose differently. We work with the shift from fear to trust, from powerlessness to agency, from disillusionment to curiosity - not by closing our eyes to reality, but by gaining better access to judgment, creativity, intuition, courage, imagination and connection when answers haven't yet been found.

The future isn't just something that comes at us - we help create it. The question is what we need to release ourselves from, and what we need to release more of, to reach the future we actually want.

Cecilie invites 30 people to her living room in Farum for two hours of sharp perspectives, humor, reflection and meaningful conversations. Doors open at 16:30 for coffee, tea, cake and new acquaintances.
