Leonora Christina Skov - new novel: Monday 23 November 2026, 18:30–19:30, BOGhandleren Aarhus Kristian F. Møller, Aarhus. Tickets cost 60 kr.

Leonora Christina Skov visits BOGhandleren Aarhus Kristian F. Møller to discuss her new novel "Det begynder med et ja" (It Begins with a Yes), released November 17, with interviewer Lise Vandborg.

The novel tells the story of an unusual friendship that develops outside conventional boundaries. Elsa begins therapy with Helga, a woman thirty years her senior, to better understand her own life. Over ten years, both women transform. When therapy ends, their relationship continues in ways neither could have anticipated.

The book explores what it means to enter another person's lived experience, the quiet work of care, and how people carry each other through life in their own ways - and whether those closest to us are truly the ones who insist on staying.
