Walking tour with health facilitator Aage in Aalborg East

Aage has been taking a daily walk for a long time because movement makes him feel better, and it's easier to stay motivated when you get out every day. As a health facilitator, he now invites others to join the walks, both to get them started and because it's more fun to walk together with others than alone.

The walks take place every Monday and Thursday from 10:00 to 11:00. You meet in front of Trekanten at Astrupstien/Kulturtorvet, and the walk ends with free tea and coffee at Trekanten Kulturhus.

The offer is for everyone who wants to go for a walk in the company of others. The pace and length of the walk are adjusted to suit the participants.
