Bente Boisen and Niels Drescher from the Danish TV series Alone in the Wilderness share their personal experiences and discuss what wilderness survival can teach us about preparedness - and how to build personal resilience in the face of crisis.

Together with moderator Simone Gustafson, they explore four dimensions of personal preparedness: physical, mental, practical, and community. What do you do when resources are scarce? How do you stay focused when something unexpected happens? And how much difference does it make to have people you can help and support?

Drawing on concrete experiences from the programme, the conversation offers practical insights into how wilderness logic can help you prepare better for a crisis.
