Bente Boisen and Rasmus Kragh from Alene i Vildmarken share their own experiences and explore what the wilderness can teach us about preparedness - and how to stand stronger if a crisis strikes tomorrow.

Moderator Simone Dahl Gustafson guides them through four dimensions of personal preparedness: the physical, the mental, the practical, and community. The conversation centres on what you do when resources are scarce, how to maintain perspective in an unexpected situation, which practical skills are worth having, and what it means to be able to rely on others.

With concrete experiences from Alene i Vildmarken, this becomes a grounded conversation about what the wilderness can teach us about being better prepared for a crisis.
