Jurafabrikken and Winsløw host an evening on legal due diligence in real estate transactions. Learn how the due diligence process works in practice, how risks in lease agreements and property conditions are examined, and what role this plays in valuation during negotiations. Winsløw's transaction and real estate law teams share insights from both large and smaller property deals.

The programme includes an overview of work as a lawyer in the transaction and real estate law teams, concrete examples of due diligence topics and typical findings, and a review of due diligence's role in the terms of a property transaction. Light food and wine will be served.

Schedule: 17:00-17:15 arrival, 17:15-17:20 welcome from Jurafabrikken, 17:20-17:30 Winsløw introduction. 17:30-18:00 transaction team on legal due diligence in real estate transactions, 18:00-18:15 refreshments and wine. 18:15-18:45 real estate law team on due diligence from a real estate law perspective, from 18:45 light food and networking.
