A guided walk with health facilitator Aage in Aalborg East.

Aage walks every day because movement is good for him, and because getting out daily keeps him motivated. As a health facilitator, he invites others to join his walks - both to help people get moving, and because it's nice to walk together.

Walks take place every Monday and Thursday from 10:00 to 11:00. Meet in front of Trekanten at Astrupstien/Kulturtorvet, and the walk ends with free tea and coffee at Trekanten Kulturhus.

The offer is open to everyone who wants to walk together with others. The pace and distance are adjusted to suit all participants.
