Free help to quit smoking and nicotine!

Free quit smoking course: Wednesday 21 October 2026, 16:30–19:00, BIBLIOTEKET Rentemestervej, Copenhagen. Admission is free.

Copenhagen Municipality offers a free quit-smoking course in October for anyone wanting to stop smoking cigarettes, snus, nicotine pouches, e-cigarettes, vapes, or similar products. The course starts Wednesday, October 21, 4:30 PM - 7:00 PM at Rentemestervej Library and is open to all.

Register by calling Stoplinien at 80 31 31 31 or via nikotinfri.kk.dk, where you can also find other courses around the city and online. Participants can receive a 1,000 kr. subsidy towards nicotine replacement medication.
