This MOM TALK explores equality in relationships. Is it enough to share practical tasks fairly equally, or does the real challenge lie in invisible responsibility - remembering, planning, coordinating, and keeping track of everything?

The conversation also addresses those discussions where you talk past each other, and both partners end up thinking "but I do so much too!". How do you move forward without it becoming a battle over who does more - and how do you turn good intentions into actual action when it's Monday morning, lunch boxes need packing, and nobody has the energy?

Alex, aka Tømrerfar, contributes his own perspectives and experiences. As always, MOM TALK is a space for difficult conversations without easy answers, and everyone is welcome with their babies - messy hair and spit-up on clothes are no obstacle.
