Eat Your Weeds

Anemette Olesen shares how garden weeds can be used in the kitchen. Her book "Eat Your Weeds" was published in 1986 and is now in its 8th edition, featuring recipes based on edible plants.

Anemette has worked as a kitchen manager at folk high schools and has cultivated 120 wild edible plants in her own garden. During the evening, there will be tastings of various plants.
