Do you have questions about introducing solid foods to your baby? A health visitor will be present to answer questions about when your child is ready, what you can start with, and how to build healthy eating and meal habits.

Afterwards, you are welcome to stay and meet other parents and their babies. The library has a changing room, and coffee and tea are available.
