Red Port takes place at a leisure collective on Langeland during the late Cold War. The world is in upheaval, adults dream big and party late, while the children drift through drowsy days and restless nights. Friends Aske, Gry and Mona try to find their footing on the edge of their teenage years - in the midst of chaos they did not create themselves.

Decades later, the three still struggle to land - in relationships, in family life, in themselves. But when the last, fateful summer at Red Port begins to press itself upon them again, they come together and become each other's bulwark against free fall.

Red Port is a novel about children who grow up too soon, and adults who cannot break free from childhood. It is Nanna Holm's debut novel.
