Ellen Hillingsø (born 9 March 1967 in Copenhagen) is a Danish actress who trained at the Aarhus Theatre Academy, graduating in 1994. She broke through with Ole Bornedal's TV series 'Charlot og Charlotte' (1996) and has since taken on strong character roles in productions including 'The Bridge', 'Rita' and 'Oxen'. Alongside her screen work she has built a parallel career as an audiobook narrator, winning the Mofibo Awards in the Roman category for her readings of Maren Uthaug's novels.
