Can a novel make readers sympathize with a murderer? This is the starting point for the evening when Kim Fupz Aakeson meets with librarian Karina Høyer to discuss the novel "Skyggen foran mig" (The Shadow Before Me).

The book follows a former killer on a pilgrimage through Spain, and the conversation will explore the themes that carry the narrative: guilt, punishment, forgiveness, and the possibility of a new life.

The event takes place in Pavillonen at Risskov Bibliotek.
