Women's Group Yoniversal Wisdom with Diana

Women's Group Yoniversal Wisdom with Diana: Wednesday 17 February 2027, 18:30–21:00, Tantra Zone / CHAI, Copenhagen. Tickets cost 900–4900 kr.

C.H.A.I.'s women's group is a community that opens for new members twice a year and then closes again. This structure creates a safe space where there is time to build genuine mutual support and to put what is learned into practice. With respect for each person's boundaries, we explore how to reconnect sexuality and the heart.

Through body exercises, breathing exercises, dynamic meditations and sharings, we explore what the female body tells us. Among the questions we circle around: How do we as women connect sexuality and the heart with each other, despite many conflicting influences? What does it really mean to connect sexuality and the heart, and how does it feel? What is the heart's true longing? How do we remain true to ourselves, and where are our real boundaries? How do we learn to listen to the body in time, and where do we find the strength to take responsibility for our own lives? The programme is primarily based on a tantric understanding of femininity.
